Concept Project — Retail & E-commerce

Headless Commerce Architecture for Multi-Channel Retail

A concept project demonstrating a headless commerce architecture designed to support web, mobile and in-store channels from one system.

This is a labeled concept project used to illustrate our approach. It does not represent a real client engagement, and no statistics or results below are actual measured outcomes.

Challenge

A retail business needed to launch new customer-facing channels without duplicating catalog, pricing and inventory logic across separate platforms.

Strategy

We proposed a headless commerce architecture — separating the commerce engine from the presentation layer — so new channels could be added without re-implementing core commerce logic.

Solution

A headless commerce backend exposing a unified API, with a performance-optimized storefront and architecture ready to support future mobile and in-store integrations.

Outcome

This concept shows how decoupling commerce logic from presentation can shorten the time to launch new channels and keep catalog and pricing consistent across touchpoints.
